美味しいです!。そのまま食べれます。レシチンとフラックスオイルの組み合わせはとても体調に良いです。痩せますし肌にもよく効きます。記憶力もよくなります。中高年以上の必須サプリです。

安い!。トレーニングに欠かせぬＢＣＡＡです。中高年以上になるとサプリは必須です。ＢＣＡＡとクレアチンを組み合わせています。１ティースプーンでＯＫです。

普段栄養不足なので試してみました。そのまま食べます。マズイ!。鉄分多いゆえパウダーがスプーンの上で逆立ちします。マズイので信用出来ます。１日１ティースプーンで立ち眩みがなくなりました。疲労回復や体力に粘りが出ます。

マイクロナイズドなのに安い!。そのまま食べると胃が焼けたり腹が緩んだりします。ジュースなどにかき混ぜて飲みます。トレーニングの必須サプリです。撮り過ぎるとアレルギーの人は痒くなったりします。私もそうです。１ティースプーン弱で充分です。
