I take two a day to supplement and find that it does make my hair and nails grow faster/stronger. Price is excellent. I also like that the capsule is very small.

Natural Factors, Fish & Flax Oil, 120 Softgels

I like the mix of fish and flax oils. I take them at night and don't have any issues with fishy taste/aftertaste which is always my biggest concern with this sort of supplement.
