Used it in a recipe I found online: Lucuma Ice Cream tastes like a very strong honey, thick like honey. You could use it like honey.

First time I'd tasted raw cashews. I know prefer them raw, so delicious. Used these in a recipe I found online: Lucuma Ice Cream Who needs salted cashews when the raw ones taste this good.
