Take the tablets during the day, the liquid form at night. Liquid magnesium seems to relax you more, so I take this tablet form during the day

I am still evaluating this product, hopefully this in combo with other vitamins and herb will be the ticket to good health. I do see some improvement, so we'll wait and see if it becomes a five star product.
