Would have prefered a product with 10mg But this seems to be lowest you can get. Good added benefit with copper though makes this a good buy, just be careful of Zinc amounts with other products you may be taking.

Good supplement to take with calcium. Most products that sell calcium with boron and silica also have magnesium. So if you buy a stand alone calcium supplement (with maybe D-3 added) this product is must buy.

Not many people realise that Calcium and Magnesium are antagonistic. Best to take magnesium seperate from calcium (30mins before bedtime - also helps with great sleep) Also contains silca as an added bonus
