No Achoo for You

I have been using this product for several years now, taking it at the first sign of a cold. Usually, the cold, seeing what's in store for it, heads out before I even know it was there. Maybe it is a psychological effect, I don't know. But to be honest, I don't care either. All I know is it gets rid of the cold fast.

One wouldn't want to have to take too much of this, lemony taste notwithstanding. But it does seem to work to keep me going.

I have been taking another magnesium citrate based drink, but thought I would try this one. I am a sucker for raspberries. I wish two things: 1: it wasn't quite so fizzy and 2: that it had some potassium in it as well.

COD LIVER OIL? Really?

The taste of this healthful addition to my diet is like a taste of lemon peel. Not a fishy taste in a spoonful, either in the mouth or after.
