Glutamine is helpful for so many things, including immune, mental, and muscle function. It's possibly a conditionally essential amino acid. Great energy supplement!

I've found this to be very effective for my occasional depression. I presume it's because tyrosine is a precursor to neurotransmitters such as dopamine.

This is my favorite stevia product. The little bottle lasts me quite a while, and there is no aftertaste. Makes a great sugar substitute.

Sam-e obviously helps with a lot of things, including depression. I like Natural Factors because it's affordable, and I like having all my supplements in bottles.
