Tried this in drinks and on breakfast cerials such as cornflakes. I love it. I try to avoid anything with sugar in it and this makes it possible. Tastes great, nice crystals almost identical to white sugar (Without the harmful effects) and has a slight salty taste. It's really unique. Give it a try and give it to your friends :)

Nice water flavouring (Diabetic Friendly)

If your looking for a cheap way to flavour your water without all the additives and synthetics this may be a goer. Do your research! I drink these at work at a ratio of 1 packet per litre/1000mls. Good value. One issue with this batch was that 10% of the powder had gone sticky and hard in the packet. 2 boxes were affected?? Not worried though. I just cut the opposite and end and got it out anyway.

Incredible Oil for Smoothies, Cooking and Health

Tip for smoothies: Take 1 or 2 frozen bananas from the freezer and thaw for 10 minutes, rinse under warm water for 10 seconds then peel them and throw them in the blender, add a table spoon of Nutiva, Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, and 1/4 cup of milk. Blend on high until a very smooth paste and then add more milk enough for 1 or 2 people. The bananas also act as ice cubes or an ice cream alternative and are naturally sweet. Make a delicious healthy thick shake. Also consider adding a splash of vanilla and maybe a small amount of stevia if needed :) Try it "Coconut oil contains the most concentrated natural source of medium-chain fatty acids (MCFA) available. Substituting coconut oil for other vegetable oils in your diet will help promote weight loss." - Bruce Fife, N.D. ,Author: The Coconut Oil Miracle "There is one fat that diabetics can eat without fear. That fat is coconut oil. Not only does it not contribute to diabetes but it helps regulate blood sugar, thus lessening the effects of the disease" - Bruce Fife, N.D., Author: The Coconut Oil Miracle "Numerous studies have clearly demonstrated that coconut oil has a neutral effect on cholesterol levels. The reason coconut oil does not adversely affect cholesterol is because it is composed primarily of medium-chain fatty acids (MCFA). These fatty acids are different from those commonly found in other food sources and are burned almost immediately for energy production, and so they are not converted into body fat or cholesterol to the degree other fats are and do not affect blood cholesterol levels." - Bruce Fife, Author: The Coconut Oil Miracle
