For years my trigs have been high to very high. After reading on the subject it was recommended (Mayo Clinic) that to lower trigs take 600mg to 1200mg of garlic extract per day. It won't affect LDL or HDL but after taking 900mg per day my trigs went from very high to well within range (LDL & HDL not effected). Years of problem solved, even after trying some Rx stuff with bad side effects. This has none. From now on I won't do without it.

This is the strongest decaf extract at least that I can find. I want decaf because I take it at night. Most other brands don't say if they are decaf and from one brand inquiry I have to assume they're not. I just hope green tea extract lives up to it's claims since there is no way to really tell that I know of except from what is medically published.

For non-drowsiness anti-anxiety it is effective although multiple capsules may be sometimes needed. Recommended (also doctor recommended). Combined with valerian extract (not just root) which is excellent in giving quick sleep, it extends a longer and deeper sleep.

No more stomach aches that had sent me to a specialist who couldn't diagnose the problem. It is taken once daily, not twice, and is the strength at the end of the shelf life not just at the time of manufacturer. However it was shipped with no insulation. Wonder what happens when the delivery vehicle's interior is near 100 degrees.
