fibromyalgia

I had fibromyalgia with severe pain on every step. This is one of several things that I took for it. I no longer have fibromyalgia, I still take it for maintenance. It has also been part of weight loss, over 100 pounds off and I've kept it off for seven years. It isn't the only thing I've used, but it has been a great help. I've been taking it for about seven years.

This has helped me with my rheumatoid arthritis pain. I'm feeling much better and it helps me when I exercise. Has also helped to improve my skin, which isn't rough and dry like it once was.

MegaMind has nutrients for the brain and I got it years ago for my husband who does public speaking. It helps him to think while he is teaching or speaking to a group. It helps him to not forget things while he is speaking. It has been very helpful, we've used it for a long time.

I always take calcium supplements because of lactose intolerance and I don't drink milk, but when I switched to calcium citrate my blood pressure went down. As long as I take it my blood pressure stays down.

This is a great product, and a nutrient that is very helpful. I've taken it for a long time, now for neuropathy. It has eliminated the numbness and tingling, depending upon the amount taken. It is one of those things that I can tell is helping a lot.
