A pleasant and tasty way to get my D along with some other nutrients. Like the sublingual because tablets in the past have made me nauseous after taking them. Will buy again.

I really like this company and their idea of processing whole foods, and this grapefruit powder is no exception. Instead of pricey grapefruit extract written up in magazines as an appetite quencher I was very happy to find this does the same thing. Taken before meals in a little juice, I find I can hardly look at food on the plate. And for me that's something. Too soon to tell if I will lose any weight this way but for taste and ease of use, this is an outstanding product that contains all the nutrition and fiber in the fruit and rind. And it's not particularly bitter. Thumbs up.

Loved this product until I found out I was severely sensitive to whey .... I'd never taken it at length before. Within days a terrible skin rash & itch. So, on to another source of protein. It's a five star product if you can tolerate it.

I'm trying this as a blood pressure reducer and general heart tonic as other iherb customers have. I also take hibiscus flower tea daily. Too soon to see if this product delivers, but it can't hurt. Planetary Herbals is a well regarded company.

Really nice tasting although a bit more watery than prior purchases of this company's products. I don't have any severe arthritis issues, but do find that it really improves age-related muscle stiffness. I'm noticeably more flexible when taking it and workouts I used to feel the next day don't bother me at all.
