My son was taking both colase and miralax for a while. both of them upset his stomach and gave him cramps. I was able to replace BOTH meds with one pearl at bedtime and he hasn't had any problems and no longer has cramps

My son has ADHD which his doctors have been unable to treat. I heard about L-Theanine from a friend and we've been taking it. It doesn't "cure" his hyperactivity, but it does take the edge off and make it "less squirmy in his seat," his teacher told me.

Now Foods, Melatonin, 3 mg, 180 Capsules

My son is bipolar and has a difficult time sleeping at night, sometimes staying awake THRU his meds. I recently added 3mg of the Melatonin about 1/2 hr before bedtime and I haven't had a problem with him going to sleep since!
