Astaxanthin is a strong pigment. If you bite into this be careful because it will color anything it comes into contact with.

Good source of iodine. The powder doesn't taste bad (unlike other iodine source products) so it can be mixed into other drinks too.

Keep on ordering these in the hope of making organic blueberry pancakes. Unfortunately they taste so good I keep on eating them before I can use them in pancakes. One of the best products!
