This extract is potent.. I take it once daily straight, but have to say it does have a strong enough flavor to spruce up a cold drink :)

After two extended rounds of strong antibiotics being unsuccessful in curing my bladder infection (it was horribly painful, worst case I've ever had), my dad suggested I try D-Mannose. This. WORKS. It's the same as the active ingredient in cranberries. The first day I took two every couple hours, the second day every 3 hours (HUGE difference by 2nd day!), the third day every 4 hours, then it was gone, but I continued to take 2 with breakfast and dinner for a couple weeks after I was better. This flushes bacteria out of your urinary tract and coats the walls of your urinary tract, making it difficult for bacteria to latch on and cause infection. I have had two other friends try it successfully as well.
