For the money, this stuff can't be beat. I take it for its natural cleansing properties, though it has many other benefits also. A really good whole food at a steal of a price.

Organic coconut tends to be quite pricey, especially at the amounts I consume it. This is the best value I've found. The quality of this oil, from all I can tell, is excellent. You can't go wrong with this brand.

I've been using this for a couple years now. The results haven't been magic, but I'm very pleased with the product. iHerb has a great price. Desert Essence products are the real thing, in my opinion.
