We take this supplement based on a book by an organic chemist in NM, whose recommendations have been spot on for a couple years now. That said, we can't pinpoint any definite benefit from using Curcumin 95 other than we feel much better when on our daily regimen. The recent medical tests done for a life insurance upgrade proved we must be doing something right: every reading was in the NORMAL range, for two people in their early 50s, and not on ANY medication. You bet we'll keep taking this!

We changed our diet a few years ago with the goal of going 100% organic by stripping out all pesticides, preservatives, antibiotics and hormones put into modern food. Part of that was finding a good B-complex supplement that didn't use chemicals or synthetic (and dangerous) vitamin-mimics for its nutrition. MegaFood's Balanced B Complex seemed to fit the bill. I can't point to any one thing that the B Complex has done, other than our health has improved markedly, and we feel it when we miss our supplements. An ounce of prevention is worth much more than the pound of cure when that cure might mean lifelong medications, chemo, radiation or the other terrible side effects of Western medicine. Getting older doesn't have to mean getting slowly poisoned to death.

A couple years ago, I never would've believed that a mere supplement would help my over-40 (and failing) eyesight. But within a few weeks of taking CarotenALL, I was noticing an 'edge' back on things, and that I didn't have to keep reaching for my reading glasses. It's now a daily must, and while our friends are complaining about how bad their eyes are getting, my husband and I are managing to hold our own against time. This stuff won't work miracles but it will definitely help the health of your eyes.
