Really helps with inflammation & pain. Safe unlike pain relievers such as NSAIDS. I did notice for the first time there is a liver warning on it. And I don't think you are supposed to take it if you have gallbladder problems as it increases bile production.

I bought this eye creme and it has a nice consistency, not sure how much it helps as the eye area is so different from the rest of the face. I haven't seen any real results. My facial non-eye area skin as been super dry and flaky lately and I bought 8 of the ZIA products (day moisturizer, night moisturizer, ultimate moisture, Citrus night creme, eye creme, toner, and repair serum, & cleansing mousse) to use as a comlete regimen so all the botanicals would complement each other and not clash. I didn't see much change after using their complete range of products, so I have mixed reviews on this. I'm sure it helps, but, don't expect dramatic results. I also dislike that some of the products I purchased contain unhealthy parabens which are nt good for you. If I had wanted those, I could have bought any department store brand.

It's not greasy, like some lotions, but, a weird mayo like wetness that does not sbsorb quickly and has more of a stickyness than a greasiness. So, I do not like that it doesn't sink in quickly. I take this nightly. It helps things move at a nice speed. I have a very slow system. I have used this for years with no ill effects. I know doctors say it's normal to maybe go only once every couple days, but, that discomfort is not normal in my opinion. Carrying around waste and toxins is not something I prefer to do. Great product, however, don't take during menstrual cycle, it will intensify cramps. You probably will notice, you don't need help that week anyway.

I find the need to take magnesium and some forms can be rough on the GI system and cause cramping, these do not. I highly recommend them. Helps with my sciatica and restless leg. I can always tell when my magnesium gets low. I find taking these daily prevents me from getting low.

I wanted a toner like this to mist and add moisturize my face prior to applying day/night creme. This one has several botanicals and as a result has a very prefumey scent I didn't want. Also, it really sprays and covers a large area so it is hard to mist your face and not get it in the eye area. I initially tried to spritz my face with eyes closed but even doing only half my face it still got in my eye area and despite wiping, burned my eyes just from the little on my lashes I guess as it sort of clings. I then had to resort to holding my hand over my eyes, but then you miss a lot of areas of ones face defeating the point of the exercise. I really wanted a more water based spritzer type toner but this one sprays out too wide and vigorously for that. Did not care for the smell.
