I suffer from night leg cramp and this helps to relieve it. It also helps after the event to re;ieve pain in calves

I suffer from nightly leg cramps, and am taking Quinine prescribed by my doctor. I am on the maximum dose, and these pills supplement this, without any adverse effects.
