I have ADD. I was reading that people with ADD have a deficiency of the neural transmitter dopamine. I find this L-Theanine product works great to give me greater focus and concentration. I take about three a day.

Great Tasting Chocolate Shake

When I first tried this product with water the taste was awful. When I tried it with soy milk the taste was a delicious rich chocolate shake. The directions say to mix the powder with a milk-like beverage (dairy or non-dairy). It definitely pays to follow directions.
