I purchased these last year after my husband went through a bad bout of C. Diff. Since they worked so well for him, I started taking them to help with symptoms of gluten intolerance (and recommended them to my mother with Celiac disease, who now takes them faithfully). I believe they actually help ease an upset digestive system, and we will continue to use them. Highly recommended.

Good ingredients, easy to swallow

The Vcaps are easy to swallow, which was an issue with my old vitamins (Rainbow Light One a Day - I can only choke one down about half the time). I have noticed that I do feel better after taking these, and I'm pleased with the added probiotics.

I was pleased with the quality of this tea. It has a pleasant peach taste without being too sweet or overpowering. It is especially good with a dab of honey and a splash of milk.

Best Iron I've Taken!

The other reviewers are right - this one is easy on the stomach, won't nauseate you like some of the other irons out there, and will not cause digestion problems. I've gone through many different forms of iron in my life as an anemic, and I've actually looked forward to taking this easy-to-swallow version every day.

Hard to Swallow

I did feel good while taking these vitamins, but after about half the bottle, I really began to DREAD taking them. Some days I can get them down, other days I have to cut them in little pieces and they really don't taste good. I also felt nauseated if I didn't take them with a large meal (cereal in the morning didn't help). If you don't have a bad gag reflex, these are great vitamins. But if you have even the slightest issues, I'd recommend another.
