Ordered after reading other reviews. Amazingly, I felt somewhat more energetic a couple of hours after taking one capsule. Just started working out regularly again after 3 years and I think this is helping with after-workout recovery. Now I take one capsule before bedtime, one in the morning and maybe one during the day if I'm feeling especially tired.

I switched to this from Injuv to see if it works as well & I feel that it does! My skin feels as good or even better than when I was taking Injuv & the cost is a lot less. I would recommend taking 4 capsules which the bottle says is the "intense" use, but it makes your skin feel & look supple and is well worth it.

My husband & I are both in our late 40's & have used this for almost a month. It seems to help with getting quality sleep and the AM packet seems to help give a boost in the morning. I definitely see that my husband is sleeping better--really deep sleep, whereas before he'd have occasional trouble falling asleep and would have to take a pill. I also sleep through the night and feel like I've been in a deep, deep, recuperative sleep. I have more energy now during the day too. Would recommend giving it a try for at least a month to feel/see results.

I've used this for almost a year and love the flavor--I feel it really boosts my immune system because I hardly catch colds ever since I started taking this and although we had a harsh summer with record breaking high temperatures, I didn't get as tired as I usually do nor did I get sick, which is rare for me during such heat waves.
