A very good supplement for use with medication for high triglycerides. Number is now much lower than before starting the treatment(s).

Now Glucosamine and MSM

Take for joint discomfort. Have been taking for several years. Must use the vegetarian based glucosamine. Stomach cannot tolerate animal based.
