So easy to take, tastes good, and very reasonably priced. I especially love the combination of Echinacea and Goldenseal as I was specifically looking for these 2 to boost my immune system for UTI issues.

I buy this for my dad who's treating colorectal tumour. One day, I was fighting off a chronic UTI which I had been hospitalised for when it caused kidney failure, and on a hunch I took a couple of these MGNs. Boy, what an immediate difference!

I love this Raw B complex, it's chockful of nutrients in their whole natural form. You just have to read the list of ingredients to understand its value. Much better than the standard synthetic vitamins!
