I have rosacea and it is very sensitive to what I eat. I take these and notice a big difference. I take extra when I am having a more "bad face" meal (more sugar, wheat, unhealthy) and it helps to keep it from flaring up too badly. Works very well for helping digest gassy foods and dairy products (I'm lactose intolerant)

I contracted the h1n1 while pregnant with my second child in Fall of 09. After that, my lungs give me nothing but problems. I hit any cool air and I start wheezing. Within 2 days of taking this as directed, I can take a deep breath with out coughing and my heavy deep chesty cough is very minimized and manageable. It does leave a funny taste in your mouth and I burp it up, but it's not too unpleasanat it you eat something after.

No vitamin burp up taste. 1 pill 1 time each day. The pill is not too big. The price is very fair. I love these.

My husband gets a restful night's sleep with no grogginess the next day after taking 2 of these. My sister has RSD and never gets more than a few hours of poor sleep, but this normally can help her at least get some rest to face the day. This brand for whatever reason seems to be the most effective out of several we have tried.

I have more energy and my rosacea is calming down after taking these. I take only 3-4 per day and it is sufficient for me. I really notice a difference when I stop taking them.

These are not too big and my 2 1/2 year old loves them. I like the fact that they are a one a day. THey are a good deal
