I have been taking this for 3 months now with excellent results. It works better than any herb combinations I have had "good" results with. I like knowing I am getting such a comprehensive formula with plenty of calcium, etc. I hated night sweats...and love having them GONE!

I tried YTE based on web info and am pleased. Finding myself menopausal at 45 an realizing I needed to address hormones when the supplements for the symptoms were inadequate, I began looking at antiaging products more closely. This is replacing some of my neurotransmitter products because it works on additional levels to provide energy, greater alertness, faster reaction times and overall "spunkiness", possibly due to effects on increasing testosterone and cortisol reduction. I did find that taking the PM dose at bedtime was too energizing, so I moved the dose to an hour before dinner (4pm ish), on an empty stomach. Thanks for offering this, IHerb!

Taking 1 in the am and 1 in the pm eliminates my night sweats and daytime hot flashes are rare. A side benefit of the licorice is a immune boost. When I switched to Natrol BC only, after being on the Now brand combo for months, I got canker sores, something that I had a tendency toward, but had, gratefully, mysteriously disappeared while on Now formula (the night sweats returned, too, even though the dose of Natrol BC was the same). I also no longer get yeast infections on Now. My local store does not carry this formula. Thank you Iherb for so positively impacting my life by making this available to me!

Everything seems easier to accomplish or get through with this product! Great for exercise and to reduce anxiety.
