My lymph nodes were swollen, my throat was sore, and my neck just looked horrible in general. In the back of my mind, I was wondering if it could be something cancerous, but since I have a tendency to be a hypochondriac and because I've had issues with swollen glands since childhood, I decided to look for supplements first before running to the doctor. I found IP 6 randomly while placing a re-order on iherb, and I'm so glad that I did. The swelling has gone down, my throat feels normal, and I feel much better. An added benefit to IP 6...reducing allergy related post nasal drip and phlegm. I should note that I take these along with Quality of Life AHCC and mushroom extract supplements as well. My immune system seems much stronger than it used to be as a result. I will never be without these.

I think this collagen booster works. It's pricey, so I thought I was saving money by ordering another brand of trans resveratrol and taking with hydra-plenish collagen. Oh my goodness. What a difference. I'm going back to this asap. In fact, I'm ordering a bottle now. My skin is starting to feel lax again so I can't get my hands on this fast enough!

I noticed that if I take them everyday, I break out..I have a feeling it's my skin purging, so I've reduced intake to whenever I drink alcohol and once on the weekend for general maintenance. Although I can't "feel" a difference, there are so many important ingredients in these liver caps, it's definitely a supplement I wouldn't be without.

I noticed that Dr. Perricone's main ingredient in his pigment supplement is pycnogenol. These are much more affordable. I can't say for sure if I'm seeing results, but I've been taking them for less than a month so I'll need to give it more time. It can't hurt, since it is a potent antioxidant.

It's hard to find supplements with no added fillers, but Paradise Herbs is one of those brands. I can't say that I notice a difference between this carnosine and some others I've tried, but I just like knowing that this is really high quality.

but i continue to take this because it's one of the few liver detox supplements that won't break me out.
