I am not a tea fan so I was hesitant to try this, but I am glad I did! It tastes good warm or cold! I used it for 6 days the first time, now I drink it about 2-3 nights a week. It has helped with bloating and constipation a ton!

This stuff does not taste good. It is thick and gritty. I mix it in yogurt sometimes but can still taste it some. I am just now getting to the point where I can manage to force down half of a serving without mixing it in something. Other than the bad taste I have no complaints.
