I have not used this as yet. But it is well packed and will be useful. I am using another bottle of coconut oil, so after it is finished, I will start using this oil. There are a lot of benefits told about Coconut oil by Dr. Mercola and Dr. Oz.

Just OK I have to take 2 pills a day . I thought it will be 200mg each, so It will last me 4 months.

Doesn't say the strength

It is very difficult to know or read the strength of these pills. on the bottle. The print is too small and yo web site did not make this clear. It is recommending too many pills to take per day, whic is a hassel. I will not recommend this to any one.

Has directions etc on how to use it. Better quality product than the above 2 bottles of pills.
