I think it's helping a little, but I'm not sure. The applicator doesn't work very well, for the goop is too thick to go through the little holes. Perhaps warming it up would help.

I've used these, off and on, for years, and I've found them to help in lessening the severity and duration of my herpes simplex outbreaks, as well as fend off colds that I feel coming on. I sometimes carry them in a small container in my purse; they're very handy, since they can be taken without water.
