I am a vegan and when not taking L-Carnosine find it hard to concentrate and generally weaker. L-Carnosine helps me to improve the quality of my life, especially mentally at work. I also noticed that I have a faster mental response when taking L-Carnosine. VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT. NOW FOODS ARE GREAT

I use it to style my short hair while blow drying on damp hair with a round styling brush - it leaves my hair silky and shiny (not terribly shiny - just a nice natural shine)and salon-looking if not better and helps with volume - I am very-very pleased. You have to create volume while drying and the volume holds realy well. The hair is untangled after blow dry styling. I ordered a second bottle and volumizing rice shampoo & conditioner from Lamas Botanicals that are now on their way because I am so impressed with the mousse and 5star review on the shampoo and conditioner. Expensive for a mousse and shampoo and conditioner, ouch, but I will stick with it (mousse for now). I try to buy natural products only.

It helps me sleep, I sleep less hours now because the quality of my sleep improved. I give it 4 stars because I feel a bit tired on waking up, not completely rested, though a can't sleep any longer, I cannot work it out if this is drowsy or not because of feeling this way in the morning.

I think it could be cheaper than that for 60 capsules. I can't tell if it works well, because I am taking it only once a day trying to save it so my bottle lasts longer.
