This starts me up in the morning, and gives me the extra greens I need to stay healthy. I was without for a week and I got a cold.

It does'nt burn and is without taste, so you don't have coconut flavor on everything you cook.

Nice little cookies. Good to put a few in the kids lunshboxes for a tiny snack. A little pricy when you consider the size of the bag, but I do order more of them :o)
