Great packaging! Very effective in preventing any body odour for a full 24 hours, even under hot/sweaty conditions. Just be sure to use it right out of the shower and I find it works better when the rock is wetted with cold water instead of hot.

The company can easily use less packaging, I don't know why the rock needs such a huge cardboard pack.

The price on this is awesome. It is the best active b-complex I have found on iherb as it contains a portion of the coenzyme form of each (except folate) b-vitamin.

I use each compartment for per meal, not per day. I use S,M,T for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I use W for my non-meal supplements. I then use T,F,S for a second days worth of supplements. I love the bubble-lok mechanism, it just makes it so easy.

This is a fantastic sugar alternative without neurotoxins! It tastes great and I use it in my black and green teas. I actually only use two drops per cup as I find the suggested 4 drops way too sweet. This bottle is going to last me a very, very long time! The same quantity here in Australia costs about $25!!!

This is the best discovery ever regarding my dental care. I LOVE the tooth powder. It doesn't feel chalky or gritty, foams up nicely and doesn't make me gag with too much foam like commercial tooth pastes. The clean is fantastic and the taste is subtle but nice. I love how it is whitening my teeth. I have been using it for one full week and I have gotten atleast 3 shades of whitening. I hope it gets even better over the next 2 weeks, after which I will switch to the mint and the cinnamon daily care powders.

I love this toothpaste. It is low foaming, which I like. It tastes great and I like the little peelu fibres it has. It really leaves the teeth and whole mouth feeling clean and fresh.
