I ordered the Raisin bran muffin mix and have used both the muffin and cookie recipe. They are great and easy to malke.

I use this with sytrinol and have had good results. Because I am a polio survivor, Cholesterol lowering meds are not a good choice. I've been taking this for awhile now.

Lab reports confirm effectiveness

I started taking this a few months ago when my lab tests showed very high cholesterol. My next test showed greatly reduced levels and I had NOT taken any Rx meds. I plan to continue this treatment as well as a few changes in diet.
