I liked that this product basically did what it was supposed to do. I did not have my desire for food, except when it came time for my meals. I had no cravings for snacks and sweets seemed really unappealing. The only downside is that it made my heart race. I felt like I had drank 5 cups of coffee, I had a hard time sleeping, and I even had some chest pain. I discontinued after 5 days.

This is by far the best supplement that I have ever used. It is perhaps the only supplement that I have noticed a significant improvement in my health. I have suffered from ulcerative colitis for almost a year, and as a result of my messed up digestive symptom have recently begun having recurring yeast infections. This has been a miracle cure. NOt only are most of my colitis symptoms gone, the yeast imbalance is completely cured. It is a little pricey, but well worth it if you have poor health.

I like that this dissolved easily and had no taste, but it gave me terrible gas. I stopped using after about a week. I saw no improvement in my digestive condition during the time of use.

This is one of the only magnesium supplements that tastes pretty good. I like the convenient single serving pack too, perfect for travel and when I am on the go.

This supplement seems to be pretty good. I cannot say that I notice much of a difference in my health, but the lemon flavor makes the pills go down pretty easy. If I take mid meal, I don't notice any fishy aftertaste or gas or anything.
