A product you can ingest AND take topically to keep the pesky candida at bay. I use it as alkalizer. Take in doses as directed, and not right before bed, as it could cause some stomach upset (or at lesast I believe that's what happened in my case)

Also effective was the parasite cleansing kit from the same company. This was fairly gentle on my stomach and I didn't experience serious die-off as I took it at half-strength first (as directed)
