漢方でも化粧品でも皮膚科でもサプリでも駄目だった大人ニキビに効果がありました。あごの輪郭がわからなくなるくらいひどかったのですが、今ではときどき小さいのが出来るくらいです。信じられないくらいに効いて大感謝しています。これまでいろんなことに使った金額に比べるとタダみたいなものです。病院の検査でホルモンのバランスがおかしいことを指摘されました。同じような方、駄目もとで試してみては。

見た目から固いビスケットのような食感を想像しましたが、実際は、ベーキングパウダーを使わずに焼いてある、ぎっしり詰まったクッキーのような食感でした。マンゴー、パイナップル、ココナツ、それぞれが良いバランスで、とてもおいしいです。フラックスの癖のある風味がうまく隠されて、良い部分だけ感じることができます。

ココナッツ＆パイナップルがおいしくてこちらもオーダーしてみましたが、大好きです。手作りのクッキーのような感じで、２つも食べれば結構腹持ちします。しばらく飽きるまでリピートすると思います。

荒行ですが、5日間、全顔に塗って寝てみました。誘導体でもないのに効果が見られるのか、疑っていましたが、毛穴、肌理、シワ、すべてに効果があり、肌自体が1段階良くなりました。ただ、朝、顔周りの髪の毛がぺったりしているので、使用日に考慮が必要です。

肌の調子が悪い時に使い始めました。当初は、4プッシュくらいでも足りないくらいでした。1か月半くらいで調子は安定し、現在は主に夜の使用で、その時の状態にあわせて1~3プッシュくらい使っています。使うのをやめても一カ月は肌状態は安定しましたが、やはりこちらのオイルでないと、肌の状態（ハリ、引き締め、ニキビや毛穴の無い状態）を保てません。使い続けていると肌の状態がすごく安定します。ただ、ベッドのリネン類にも魚のような青臭においがしみつくので、そちら方面のまめなケアも必要になります。
