hands down the best protein bar

I've tried many others which are not bad (Quest, Myoplex, ProMax, Pure Protein) but this is the best tasting one and gluten free, high protein, low sugar... i leave a box at work b/c it's my afternoon snack. i usually eat 1 a day and with 20g of protein this is much better than any other snack! I also tried 'brownie crunch' and 'dark chocolate' flavors but those to me tasted too artificial. Peanut butter flavor is the real deal.

You too will be hooked. I have fish oil. i tried capsules, oils etc. they all leave an after taste and ... burping yuck. THIS IS THE BEST ever. none of the above and the taste and texture is just amazing.

Chunky peanut butter is my favorite by far. But the brownie crunch comes in very handy if i am craving any sort of sweets in the mid-afternoon at work or as a 'dessert'. and i try to take bites, eating it like a treat.

It is good but i must say i find it totally 'blow me up' ... my stomach and belly just feels so bloated and heavy. but i don't think theres' much choice when dealing with fiber. i drink at least 1l of water after it and try to add Aloe Vera juice to my morning regimen.

This is an ongoing supplement highly recommended by doctors and fitness gurus like Charles Polinquin. I don't think one will actually 'feel' the effect but i'll just keep on taking it!
