I use this on my children's winter excema and for diaper rash. I think it helps a lot. All natural, smells good. I only wish it was available in bigger containers. Iherb.com offered this product for a very fair price, plus very a reasonable shipping & handling fee. Iherb.com shipped almost immediately and I was amazed at how quickly it arrived.
