I've been using this for almost a month and my menses weren't so bad. My cramps were a little less painful, I didn't spot so much and I wasn't cranky. I heard it takes a while for herbal remedies to work so I'll wait more to see if Lady's Mantle is going to do more for me.

This makes for wonderful aromatherapy and it suds up real well. The lingering scent once you're out of the shower is light. If you want a heavier gardenia scent either try their lotion or Kate Spade's gardenia perfume lotion.
