this is my favorite supplement on Iherb, the longer you take it the better it gets. I take one capsule in the morning each day. It clears you gently internaly, you wake up each morning with clear sinuses, improves your mood, gives energy, makes your skin better.

Gives you good energy, mental alertness, focus, more frequent erections. Works great when you havent slept well, or when you catch a virus. I only use it when I need it, not regularly, better than coffee or antibiotics.

this is a good stevia product, but as each stevia it has a mild afterstate, maybe not as much as other stevia products. Not everyone feels it though. Its great in moderate amounts, mixed with xylitol or honey or raisins. It doesnt have an aftertaste if you use it with moderation with other sweeteners.
