This are great, I started taking this prior to getting pregnant because I could not swallow the big pills. Now I am pregnant and I have had no problems taking this(and really no morning sickness either). It does not upset my stomach in the slightest. A++++++

I love to cook with coconut oil and my good cholesterol has seen a big benefit! This is a super value. What I usually buy at my local organics store is less than half this size and the same price. As always, fast shipping from I-Herb. They have a customer for life!!
