Bluebonnet makes really good products. This lecithin is high potency. Great for liver health, it helps with the digestion of fats. I recommend it.

I'm really pleased with this supplement. Vitamin C plus bioflavonoids, acerola powder and rose hips, a great combination. No stomach upset. I just wish it was presented in a 1000 mg tablet instead of 500 mg.

Very good product, perfect to take with you're multi. Pills are rather big, not a problem for me, but this may not be a good choice for those with swallowing problems.
