I had trouble sleeping when I took these as recommended, if you can believe that. They seem strong and fresh from the smell, but for some reason I am reacting strangely to it. I have taken Valium without issues and other valerian root, so I am not sure of the reason for this. I cut back on the dosage with better results.

I was disappointed in the low dose of Boswellia in this product. I take Boswellia as an anti-inflammatory as recommended by my Osteopath, and am not getting the results that I have with some other brands.

This was purchased for my cats, I do rescue, as it is highly recommended in Dr. Pitcairn's Natural Health for Dogs and Cats and it is not readily available in powder form from many places. I am glad to have found it here and at a very reasonable price.
