I haven't used Spirutein much lately but I have always liked it since the early '90s.This is a good supplement to my protein/spirulina smoothies,the chocolate flavor is a-ok!

I have taken DMAE occasionally over the years and I often recommend it above other "smart drugs",as they were once called,because I like the body effects from this particular product after taking daily for a few days.This stuff occurs naturally in fish but as a vegeterian I guess this is pretty necessary.Supposedly these type of supplement don't actually make you smarter but they re-connect the neurotransmitters b/w your brain cells!

It can be hard to find decent amaranth-based food,in fact this is possibly one of the only I've seen anywhere and I personally really like this cereal esp.with wheat germ.

Now foods is always a great value,this chlorella is no exception,I usually go with spirulina but I am very pleased with this,so I'd say "a new favorite"!
