Been taking this for past couple of months. Noticed significant reduction in PMS cramps. No more pre-PMS zits and uncomfy bloated-ness. Do mix with Red Clover for max. results :) The delivery was efficient. Will be back to get more...

A good supplement to compliment my multivits. This is my 2nd order of NAC. After taking almost 2 months, I noticed great improvement to my overall health. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

Serves as a great supplement however did not really deliver on increasing libido or energy unless you take a handful of them. So may not be the ideal supplement if you want that extra boost. Might be good as a supplement to up energy. Otherwise delivery is consistently efficient - great service too!

Will take 2-4 especially after a big party where loads of alcohol intake is involved. It also helps to ease hangover! Value for money and great product. Highly recommended.
