Very good product. Not as harsh on the stomach as some other brands. Along with Minus 10 helps energy, mental clarity and muscle tone.

Excellent product. Wait at least 30 to 45 minutes until eating or drinking. Works well with acetyl carnitine. Same as the MRI brand but cheaper.

Probably the best form of cats claw available. 2 a day helps with back ache. If I go down to 1/day the pIn gradually increases.
