This is a good product. I checked all the ingredients in there against the cosmetics safety database and there are no questionable ingredients that are carcinogenic or toxic. Highly recommended.

Wonderful raw cashews. The texture is a tad soft/moist; though unlike the slightly crunchier kind I'm used to, I like it very much. It could also be due to the humidity where I live. Either way, this is a great tasting and nutritious product.

This is a "hefty" bar that contains a ton of dried fruits, vegies and sprouted grains, plus some nuts that gives it a nice crunchy texture. It is pretty high on calorie (370) for an energy bar but it serves me fine after some intense exercise! Plus it also contains 8g of protein.

This gives me so much energy--it's simply amazing! However, I'm a little concerned about the high "dosage" of each component (i.e. >1,000% RDA). I don't know if this would cause an overload in the long run.
