I put this in a cup of warm milk and drink it every morning. Good way to have fibers and omega 3. 한국에서는 아마씨가루로 팔고있지만 이것처럼 맛있고 가격도 좋은제품은 없는듯해요 . 강력추천해요. 특히 저처럼 고기 좋아하시는 분들... 또 매일 술먹는 신랑들에게 좋은 선물이 될듯해요
