Some of the symptoms of side effects are mouth ulcers and stomach problems. i read that pycnogenol causes the stomach to be more alkaline which caused bloating and digestive problems in this case. i am also suffering from constipation

The product did not fit my expectation. it is just a mix of shea butter and glycerin with oils. very simple to make. i initially bought it for my face. but it is not like a face cream mind you more like soft shea butter which it is. i emailed the company and they said it is ultra refined shea butter. i will just use as a night cream and when it is finished i will use my unrefined shea butter on my neck

screwed up my whole digestive system and made me lose hair

I took it initially for hair and skin. Not only did i lose hair on this product, my digestive system got screwed up. I am suffering from bloating and constipation. and i am afraid i am going to gain weight as my digestive system is very sensitive. i would have given a minus star instead of a star if possible.

was not as good as mentioned.. was really disappointed as it did not look good under make up... maybe did help hydrate abit not sure though but overall a bad product as it clogged my pores and my skin looks bad...
