Most magnesium gives me bad cramps. This has no side effects and is a well-formulated blend of several types of high-absorption magnesium.

This formula is low-calcium, which is great because calcium blocks absorption of many nutrients. But the vitamin D in it, d2, is useless. Supplement with 5000 iu of d3 if you want to avoid the flu this winter.

This turns out to be a 45-day supply, a nice surprise. I can't tell if it's doing anything good--just like the blend. The company is very responsive with product information if you write them with a question.

I was taking a supplement with 500 mg of Coriolus per cap, but it was very expensive. I switched to this brand, about half the cost, but need 4 tabs to equal 500 mg, so I need to take 8 a day. Haven't checked NKC (natural killer cells) levels yet so I'm not sure how well this will work.

I've used potassium citrate successfully from another brand. Tried NOW foods and it gave me awful, day-long heartburn. Will not use it again.

I bought these because some people had said they tasted good. No. Most vile-tasting thing I have ever had. Be glad to give the bottle away to someone who likes the taste, I can't deal with it. Yucck.
